***RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY DURING THE NEW UNIFORM ROLL - OUT

 


 

WHEN YOU NEED EXCHANGES OR REPAIRS

 

AD Meyers Uniforms Stands behind their products

 

AD MEYERS sent size runs to every facility that requested them and recommends that you try before you buy or Please have someone carefully measure you.

 

From the Date of 9/01/2017 thru 8/31/2018 AD Meyers Uniforms will accept only the authorized item/s for exchange that have been embroidered with your name or modified but have not been washed or worn on the job.  PLEASE TRY ON YOUR NEW UNIFORMS BEFORE WASHING OR WEARING THEM. 

 

REQUEST FOR EXCHANGES

 

Request for Exchanges must be made within 7 business days upon receipt of your uniforms.  Please try on your uniforms as soon as you get them. *Customers are responsible for shipping both ways unless, the exchange is due to a manufacturing mistake. To request an exchange, EXCHANGE HERE and Request Exchange with the appropriate order number.  Please use this form ONLY to return your new, unworn and unwashed uniforms for a different size. 

 

Once we recieve your Request for Exchange inquiry, your request will be reviewed by one of our AD Meyers Uniforms BOP Customer Service Representatives. You will be then instructed by return e-mail, on how and where to return your uniforms.

 

If you have worn or washed your uniforms they cannot be returned for exchange, please refer to Request for Repairs below.

 

** SOME ITEMS, SPECIALS, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, LIMITED QUANTITIES, EMBROIDERED OR TAILORED ITEMS WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. THESE WILL BE CLEARLY NOTED ON THE ITEMS PAGE.

 

REQUEST FOR REPAIRS

 

AD Meyers Uniforms will warrant and repair any manufacturing defects on authorized uniform used under normal working conditions and wear and tear for a period of three (3) months from your purchase. Six (6) months if you have purchased five (5) trousers or any combination of seven (7) authorized shirts from AD Meyers Uniforms.  Uniform items returned for repair MUST BE FRESHLY CLEANED.  Dirty uniforms will be returned to you without repair and *customer will be responsible for the shipping.

 

AD Meyers Uniforms will repair or replace any manufacturing defects “IE: Seam Failure, Hook and Eye” uniforms at our discretion. We reserve the right to Substitute a Button or a Brass Snap for Pant Closures. AD Meyer’s reserves the right to fix Velcro by reinforcing with a box tack through the outside to the Flap if needed.

*Uniform items that were ordered within the last six (6) months 9/01/2017: For a period of up to 6 months following your purchase:

 

Follow the REQUEST FOR REPAIRS instructions on returning your item/s to AD Meyers Uniforms and you will be sent further information on how to handle your repair request by one of AD Meyers Uniforms BOP Customer Service Representatives.  Please be informed that damage to uniforms that are on the body of the item and NOT on a seam cannot be repaired or replaced by AD Meyers Uniforms and will not be approved for return.  Uniform items returned for repair MUST BE FRESHLY CLEANED.  Dirty uniforms will be returned to you without repair. *customer will be responsible for the shipping.

 

*Uniform items that were ordered within the last 6 months starting 9/01/2017: For a period of up to 12 months following your purchase:

 

If you have purchased five (5) trousers or any combination of seven (7) authorized shirts from AD Meyers Uniforms, we will repair damaged uniforms that are repairable at our discretion.  Follow the REQUEST FOR REPAIRS instructions on returning your item/s to AD Meyers Uniforms, and you will be sent further information on how to handle your repair request by one of AD Meyers Uniforms BOP Customer Service Representatives. Please be informed that damage to uniforms that are on the body of the item and NOT on a seam cannot be repaired by AD Meyers Uniforms and will not be approved for return.  Uniform item/s returned for repair MUST BE FRESHLY CLEANED.  Dirty uniforms will be returned to you without repair. *customer will be responsible for the shipping.
