As an authorized vendor for the Federal Bureau of Prisons we are required to maintain a 24 hour a day website for all uniformed staff to place their orders directly online. Our Website is accessible from within the Institution and at your home. These orders should be place by the officer themselves to avoid mistakes in sizing and Classification. We also advise that your orders be placed at least once with your BOP.GOV address so we do not need to verify your employment each time which will result in a delay of your order. Each time an order is placed, a confirmation is immediately sent to the email on record that is given to use by you, for the Officer or Staff Member to look at and check his or her order. Please look at this order closely and notify us within one to twelve hours if everything such as name, style type and size is correct.
Once a uniform has been embroidered or tailored, it is not returnable unless there was a mistake on AD Meyers Uniforms part or for a manufacturing defect from the factory. If you, for whatever reason, call in to place your order, you will receive your confirmation immediately to the email on record which you gave us and must call us back within one hour with any changes.

If a person other than the officer or staff member places an order it does not relieve the person of whom the order is placed from checking the email confirmation immediately for accuracy on all points.
Any Items Purchased that may be considered a threat to National Security will require credentials from your agency or company.
You should expect an extended delivery date when ordering embroided items.
If you are a New Hire please call in and ask for an expedited delivery and we will do everything to accommodate you if possible.
Please Note: The BOP mandates that uniform shirts must be embroidered first initial last name for example: D. SMITH
If you put anything other than the First Initial and Last Name in name box, of any Class A or Class B Authorized Uniform, we will automatically Change it to Federal Bureau of Prison Regulation which is First Initial capital letter and Followed By Last Name, With first Letter a Capital and Balance Lower Case.
Avoid Delays of non-embroided items:
You can avoid delays of your Authorized & Non-Authorized Uniform by NOT ordering WITH items that need special embroidery such as a Jacket, Bag, or any Item that is not part of the Authorized Uniform.
If you need your Authorized & Non-Authorized Uniform within our Delivery Times Stated, Please do NOT Place your order with any other Items that need Special Embroidery. Please place two separate orders in this case.
Our Standard Delivery within the 48 Continental United States is usually done via FedEx Smart Post. Orders of in-stock merchandise received Monday through Friday by 2:00 p.m. EST are usually procesed and then shipped within 5 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS.
Custom embroidery on the Non-Authorized & Authorized items such as Jackets, Shirts, Hats and Bags, can be 3 to 10 working days before shipped.
Choosing a faster Delivery method does not speed up preparation time, it only speeds the delivery or transit time once shipped. Example, if you place and order today with 2nd or Next Day delivery that needs to be embroidered or Hemmed, it does not mean you will get it in 1 or 2 days from time placed.
Chosing the transit mode of shipping such as Next Day Air does not speed up the process time.
Orders placed on the Weekend are not processed until Monday afternoon.
